HERE'S MY PLAN

01. Infrastructure Upgrades – Repair and maintain roads, improve drainage, and address long-standing infrastructure issues across the constituency.

02. Safer Communities – Expand street lighting, introduce CCTV in key areas, and strengthen neighborhood crime-watch initiatives to enhance public safety.

03. Parks & Community Beautification – Develop, upgrade, and maintain parks and shared spaces, including the Adelaide Beach Clean-Up and Beautification Project.

04. Education, Training & Scholarships – Establish computer labs, provide homework assistance, and offer guidance and access to scholarship and training opportunities.

05. Constituency Help Desk, Rapid Response & Direct Communication – Establish a dedicated constituency help desk and rapid response team, supported by consistent and direct communication, including quarterly constituency meetings and open engagement with Mr. Wells.

06. Legal Aid Clinic – Provide access to legal advice and assistance for residentswho need guidance and support.

07. Health & Wellness Initiatives – Host health and wellness expos, promote community fitness programs, and deliver educational health seminars.

08. Environmental Protection – Develop, upgrade, and maintain parks and shared spaces, including the Adelaide Beach Clean-Up and Beautification Project.

09. Youth Engagement & Employment Readiness – Offer resume writing, interview preparation, job-readiness training, and host job fairs for young people.

10. St. James Festival (Biennial) – Create economic opportunities for local vendors, entrepreneurs, and small businesses while celebrating community culture.

11. Bonus – Construction of a multi- purpose state of the art community center designed to service the needs of the entire community.
